1. General Policy

• Refunds are processed in accordance with SEBI Research Analyst Regulations.
• We are committed to transparency and fairness in all refund matters.
• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Proportional Refund

• Refunds are processed on a proportional basis for the unutilised period of the subscription.
• The proportional refund is calculated as: (Remaining Days / Total Subscription Days) × Subscription Fee.
• Refunds are only applicable for unused portions of the subscription period.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

• Setup fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding charges are non-refundable.
• Consultation fees: Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.
• Processing fees: Any payment processing or gateway charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• Step 1: Submit a refund request via email to contact@vimulsinh.in.
• Step 2: Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
• Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Step 4: Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

5. Eligibility for Refund

• You are eligible for a proportional refund if you cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are not applicable if you have violated our terms and conditions.
• No refunds will be given for services already delivered.

6. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Cancellation will take effect from the date of notification.
• Upon cancellation, you will receive a proportional refund for the remaining period.

7. Dispute Resolution

• If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please escalate to grievance@vimulsinh.in.
• If unresolved within 30 days, you may escalate to SEBI SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in.
